My new book is very personal to me (and available this week!)–I hope it bears fruit for you!

During a difficult time in my life, deep in the trenches of caregiving, I stumbled across an old and lesser-known devotion: the devotion to Our Lady of Sorrows. I gotta say: this devotion helped me tremendously, because Mary really gets what it’s like to love someone so much who is suffering.

If you are caring for someone who is ill, disabled, or otherwise suffering, consider turning to Our Lady of Sorrows with this seven-Hail-Mary, four-minute, no-Rosary-needed devotion.

In the book, you’ll find introductions to each of the Seven Sorrows, as well as personal anecdotes tying in how each one relates especially to caregivers. You’ll also find several promises made by Jesus and Mary to those who pray this devotion daily. At four minutes long, that’s not hard to accomplish, and so worthwhile!

This book is available!

To be honest, this book has meant so much to me that I haven’t really known how to talk about it. The result is I’m very late in spreading the word, but since it’s such a fruitful devotion, I’d love for it to reach as many people as possible, so please help me by sharing it with someone you know who may benefit.

While technically the book’s birthday is March 20, it is showing as available NOW! You can now order from Amazon or Our Sunday Visitor–and first day sales help boost the algorithm so the book can be more easily found.

Have you prayed the Seven Sorrows of Mary devotion before?
